About Krista

For almost 30 years, I've served as a Physician Assistant (PA) with a deep dedication to enhancing hormonal optimization for all and a desire for patients to live their best life! 

Experiencing menopause prematurely at 34 led me on a quest to reclaim my own vitality.  I spent many years trying conventional medical therapies, to no avail.  

Then, after receiving extra medical education in bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT), I gave pellet therapy a try.  Much to my relief (and the delight of my husband!), it immediately brought the "old Krista" back!  BHRT instantly became my passion.  

My mission is to share the benefits of this treatment with as many patients as possible. For over a decade, I've had the privilege of assisting countless men and women who have echoed my sentiments, experiencing similar positive outcomes in their lives. 

In all my years as a provider, no other treatments I've administered have generated more positive results for and comments from my patients – and their spouses.

No one has to suffer the challenges of perimenopause, menopause or low testosterone as a natural part of aging....times have changed and recent studies show that the benefits outweigh the risks in the majority of cases.  

I graduated summa cum laude from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University and have continued to stay up-to-date via continuing medical educational activities in this field.  My health care career has been divided mainly between OB-GYN and urology clinics, with a strong focus on hormone replacement and sexual health and function in both fields. 

In my free time, I treasure moments spent with my husband, daughter, and twin boys. We're passionate about cheering on the Vols, but cheered on the Cardinals for the past four years.  I enjoy boating outings with friends, traveling, pickle ball, and all things outdoors!  I look forward to meeting you!
